Greetings Serenity family!


Our blog is up and running. SO EXCITING!

We will be able to share so much more with all of you! We are aware that many of our wonderful clients are not on social media. This blog gives us the opportunity to connect with everyone better.

I'm keeping it short today but no worries we will be back soon!

Every Monday morning at 8:45-9:15 am Patti does a FREE beautiful guided meditation here at the studio. We live stream the videos on Facebook, but now we will upload them to our blog so those of you who can't attend or watch via Facebook will have access to another tool for your healing & enlightenment.

Cancelation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

 

When a guest does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another guest loses an opportunity to be seen. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment. Our team wants to be available for your needs and the needs of all our guests. Due to circumstances, we will have to enforce a policy of charging for no-show appointments, and those appointments not canceled within 24 hours.

 

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance and no-show appointments will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.  If you have a package, there will be a deduction to the package.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keep our Serenity team members schedules filled, thus better-serving everyone.
