As a health coach, I am your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life.  I work with clients to help them create happy healthy lives in a way that is flexible, fun, and free of denial and discipline.

By working together, we can discover the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. Making gradual, lifelong changes enables you to reach your current and future health goals.

3 and 6 months programs-2, 1-hour sessions/month

6 Month Individual Program $225/month

3 Month Individual Program $250/month

Individual Sessions $125/hour

Cancelation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.


When a guest does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another guest loses an opportunity to be seen. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment. Our team wants to be available for your needs and the needs of all our guests. Due to circumstances, we will have to enforce a policy of charging for no-show appointments, and those appointments not canceled within 24 hours.


Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance and no-show appointments will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.  If you have a package, there will be a deduction to the package.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Serenity team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
